Sit In on an A&P Class for Free at Thrust Institute
Thrust Institute of Maintenance lets prospective students sit in on an Aviation Maintenance Technician class before enrolling. There’s no cost and no obligation.
How To Sit in on an AMT Class at Thrust
Contact the Thrust Institute admissions team and tell them you want to visit. They’ll help you pick a class session that gives you a useful look at the program.
You show up, sit in with current students, watch the instruction, and see the hands-on training in action.
You’re not watching a marketing presentation. You’re sitting in an actual class with actual students doing actual work. When class is over feel free to speak with them to learn more about their experience.

What You’ll See
During a class visit, you’ll get a firsthand look at how the program runs. That includes instructor-led training, hands-on lab work with aircraft engines and airframes, and the pace of a full training day.
You’ll see the equipment students work with, the size of the class (capped at 15), and how instructors interact with students.
You’ll also have the chance to talk with current students about their experience. They can tell you what the program is like in a way that no website or brochure can.

Why Thrust Offers This
Most A&P schools don’t let you sit in on a class before you commit. They’ll give you a campus tour and a sales pitch, but you won’t see the actual training.
Thrust Institute does this because the program holds up to scrutiny.
When prospective students see the class sizes, the hands-on work, and the instructor access, they understand what makes the program different.
